Ingredients

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
  4. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and gently smash each one with a fork.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the smashed potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper on top.
  7. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot.
