Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together the oats, baking powder, and any spices you choose.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently to combine.

  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
